Very rude and stuck up
I called and spoke with Gracie about some apparel for dirt bikes. She didn't really try to answer any questions I was asking (colors, sizes, etc) but instead just sat there and told me to come into the store. I finally made it down a day later as I wasn't planning on making a trip, hence the call, and sure enough because she wouldn't answer any questions, I wasted a trip to find no colors or sizes I was asking to see if they had before coming down from Moscow. After I mentioned something about not having my size or color, she kinda just walked off and went back to the counter. I looked around and different brands and some helmets. A bigger guy with tattoo's came over after a few minutes and asked if he could help me with anything. By that time I was over the clothes, so I asked him about helmets and goggles. He was really cool and personable about helmets and sizing as well as features. And he also taught me more about 100% goggles than I think anyone knows, of which I bought a pair of those too. I would give him a 5 star but because of the encounter I'm going to keep it at a 2. (Employee: Gracie Hathaway)

Justin, this is Clayton with Guy's Outdoor, I am the GM here and want to apologize for the excperience you had with one of my employees! Customer satisfaction is our top priority at our dealership and making sure we do everything we can to help out everyone that calls, texts, emails, or walks through our door. I am sorry you did not experience this the other day when you called in and while you were in the store with this particualr employee! We do strive to grow and get better every day to better serve our customers and it is reviews like this that help us do that.
