Within minutes of submitting a negative review due to a former employee's lack of comunication regarding a mower seat replacemen, Dealership Manager Clay called me. He was extremely kind and apologetic about my frustration. He assured me that my replacement mower seat had been ordered and that Guy's would contact me when it arrived and then send it to me.
