My son, myself along with five other bikes did a 4000 plus bike ride in July 2022. I had given my son my beautiful Victory Cross Country Tour for this ride. Unfortunately the fuel pump stopped working about 100 miles outside Hells Canyon and Lewiston. We were able to get a tow truck and had the bike towed back to Hells Gate Indian Motorcycle dealership. Arrived at closing Thursday evening but Mike was waiting for us so we could check in. Friday morning came and we went back to see if Mike and Sam had confirmed that it was the fuel pump. It was. Mike called around to find one but no luck. My son Christian found one in Ohio and had it overnighted to the dealership. The part would arrive Saturday morning but the service department is closed on Saturdays. This is when Mike and Sam showed greatness. Sam came in on his day off to install the fuel pump which we truly appreciated. We were back on the road again around 2 pm. Big thank you to Sam, Mike and the rest of the genuine nice crew at this fantastic dealership. You are truly awesome and I now understand one more reason that so many from California moves to Idaho.
