Guys cares about their customers - I know b/c I buy a lot of toys and have experienced different levels of customer service - these guys (no pun intended) are by far the best. Something not working? They want to know. Not happy? They want to know. Of course if youre happy and everything works they want to know that too! They have an excellent boat mechanic too btw.
