Guys was amazing on a bike sale years ago and now the Parts and Service departments both continued that experience with their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. I cant say enough about Mike and his team but what I can say is Ill be more than happy to drive/ride the 2+ hours to Guys - every staff member in the place makes you feel seen and valued - Im a total fan of this business - deserves 10 stars but can only give the 5.
